Navigating Pandemic Burnout Through Vulnerability

Filling the Gap is pleased to host its 2nd virtual event with GOODBODYFEEL's Robin Lacambra taking place on
Thursday, March 11 from 7-8pm EST.

A year into the pandemic, you may be feeling more alone and disconnected without the proper support systems, putting in longer hours if working remotely or as essential workers, or experiencing precarious work – among surviving a global pandemic.

Women have been disproportionately affected by the downside of the pandemic and this evening with Robin will help us with tangible strategies to the collective stress we've been feeling.

Proceeds for the event will go towards the valuable work done by two incredible organizations focused on helping women - the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic and Sexual Assault Centre (Hamilton and Area) (SACHA).
